Who is 'Guzzardo Team'?

We are Mike and Jules Guzzardo, Your Boating Realtors, and we’ve been working in Real Estate (licensed since 1990) for over 30 years. If we are not showing homes, you'll most likely find us on the water with friends and family. Sometimes we are even showing homes by boat!

We are experts on the Delta Lifestyle because we live it every day. Our core focus is East Contra Costa County with 3 local offices (2 in Brentwood and 1 in Discovery Bay). We also have agent partners all over the Bay Area and most states throughout the nation to help you Nationwide.

The Guzzardo Team takes a consultative approach… we take the time to know your dreams, your fears and your goals and create a plan to go out and get you what you want.

It is our dedicated mission to provide you with an exceptional real estate experience founded on expertise, uncompromising ethics, industry & local knowledge, and skilled negotiation.

We are active members of the community.

We are real people who answer our phones.
